Ghost Ride Productions, Inc. (GRP) is a custom order manufacturer and our product is made upon order. However, there are a few items that we inventory throughout the year. Our busy season begins in July and we continually ship until Halloween for our seasonal product. While there is typically a 2-3 week production time, we make every attempt to deliver product as soon as we can. There are 3 ways to order our product:
1. ORDER ONLINE: Just add the items you want to your online shopping cart and we will get back to you with an estimate on shipping, provide you with an invoice, and place the order in our production line. Most items will be shipped within 2-3 weeks but you are welcome to inquire about specific shipping requests during your online transaction. A tracking number is provided to you via email when your shipment is sent out.
2. EMAIL US: Compile your order and email us at info@ghostride.com. Please include all the product codes, item names and quantities that you are interested in, your shipping and billing address, phone number and any deadlines that may apply. Let us know if you are a returning client and the name of your event. Once received, we will email you an estimate invoice.
3. TRADESHOW: GRP attends industry tradeshows throughout the year and offers product for sale to attendees. Join our mailing list and we will notify you of our upcoming tradeshows.
